Tesco appalling customer service-what to do

I was sucked in to the offers of extra points from Tesco six months ago but have had nothing but problems from Tesco BB. I have been constantly phoning and writing, all at my expense because the freephone number they advertise never worked once, just to try and sort out the problems. I even wrote to Sir Terry Leahy before Xmas which has never even been acknowledged!

Can anyone tell me what I can do if they just keep ignoring me, can I cancel as they are not fulfilling the terms of the contract?

I would prefer just to get decent customer service because it took three months to set up the connection to start with.

Any suggestions please.....
