Sky charging for "Free installation"

I would appreciate any help with this, Sky have billed me for installation yet I was offered it for free on the phone.
I moved house and phoned Sky to ask to cancel their services as they wanted £60 to install it it my new house, to stop me from cancelling they said they would wave the £60 and we would have it installed for free.
I have written to Sky and got a one sentence letter reply saying "you are not entitled to a £60 refund", I found the letter lazy and disrespectful.
Having phoned them today they insist I have to pay for the installation as they have nothing on their systems to say it was offered free, I suggested it was not my fault if their staff make errors. Anyway I have told them to listen to the call I made and they will find it was offered free (they said they don't record all of the calls).
So I hope they find they recording of the phonecall they stop calling me a liar. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Ask then to show evidence that you agreed to pay the £60. If they have none, you didn't contract to pay an installation fee.There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
