Hi,
I am trying to get a new BB, I am currently with Virgin bundle package, but I have searched around and there seems to be better deals.
I wanted to know from peoples experiences of IPs, I.e., TalkTalk, Plus Net, AOL, O2, Sky etc
Which is best value for money and also good connection. Where the use of the internet would only be for emails, low research etc. In particular TalkTalk and O2. (Market 3 area)
Thank you in advance
P.S If you started a contract with Virgin and havent yet reached the 28 money back guarantee period, can you get your installation fee and other charges etc back, without paying a cancellation fee?

First question is, do you already have a BT line? If not , you're going to have to pay for installation of that before you can get any ADSL service. Otherwise you're stuck with Virgin. No free lunch, and no free laptop

I used to have a Bt line, so all I need to do is re-connect to Bt.0

OK, look at samknows.com and see what LLU Operators are available on your exchange (look at the section headed 'LLU Operator Presence'), these are likely to be the most competitive ones. o2 do a good deal if you have an o2 mobile in the household (about a fiver off the normal price, so £7.34 a month for the basic service if you qualify and are on an LLU exchange), and offer a good support service. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Yh, all these IP's are available in my area, but I wanted to know which one is recommened particularly out of O2 and TalkTalk.0

No contest. O2 every time. But only if it is available on LLU service. Otherwise you get O2 Access, which is just the BT Wholesale service resold.
If you want a bb/line rental/phone bundle then TT obviously is more suited. On O2 you just get bb-for me that's why it's better. No free lunch, and no free laptop
