ADSL ? Use your security..!

I am staggered by how many insecure wireless networks there are in my locale.
The area is covered by cable and ADSL.
Not so bad on cable but if you have a wireless router and you are using ADSL, it is imperative that you enable security/encryption, also that you change the default router username/passwords. I shall not elaborate !
If you dont know how,better to find out,read the manual or ask.;)

I recently moved house and had to wait for a phone line - unfortunately everyone nearby had security on their wireless
sometimes open networks have their advantages
