    I bought some gift bags today that were on a bottom shelf by the Fresh and Natural Collection toiletries. Shelf price was 12p each and they went through bogof.

    i purchased the avent iq steriliser today , then had to take it back as my mum had already got me it as a surprise , typical !!!! took it back to local branch , sa said she needed my advan card to take the offer points back off , as it was £60 with 1000 points offer , i hadnt even noticed hahahaha anyway i come away looked at my refund reciept and the points wee still on there ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    The sam ething happened to me the other day, I took something back and they asked for my AC, i thought they were removing points, but i still had them afterwards! Did you get a £5 No7 voucher and did you keep it after returning sterilizer??
