silly question i know, but can you still get a purple bag when you buy the bogof sun items in the no7 range?
thanks0 -
yes i got the no7 face aftersun £7.50 BOGOF and got the lilac bag but i think the SA have to scan the bag then it will go through
but some SA dont scan it and notice that its BOGOF so if you had a few more items then they shouldnt notice but dont go to the no7 counter0 -

Picked up wrong Avene bag and ended up paying £5.95 for it! Tried to get the No 7 organiser with £16 phantom pregnancy voucher but handed wrong Advantage Card over so ended up paying for that too! SA kept the voucher! (You do have to use the 'pregnant' card don't you or should the vouchers work with any old Advantage Card??) Also handed over a 250 point voucher for No 7 which didn't work either. All in all...an expensive disaster.
Do you think Boots will let me return the No 7 Organiser and the Avene Bag(Discover Kit)?????
BTW, the 250 point No7 voucher cannot be used with gift sets, which is why it did not go through with the organiser. I'm not sure if you will be able to return the No7 organiser as it is a cosmetic. If it is brand new, you might get away with an exchange which will be done at the manager's discretion, but be warned that they do not HAVE to do this for you.
Good luck.0 -
You don't have to use the card you signed up with for the pregnancy stuff. I used my OH's to sign up and mine to "cash them in" I don't think they have a way of checking which card you use.0

im confused i thought you had to spend £10 to get the no7 voucher meaning £10 to pay after reductions and vouchers are taken off i have never been able to get one if i have paid less than £10 before0 -
Lucycat wrote:I haven't tried it in conjunction with a 250pt voucher - my gut feeling is that you couldn't have two extra points vouchers on the same item, but then I'm a newb (albeit one with seven lilac bags - what can I say, I've learned at the feet of masters!), so I'm prepared to be proved wrong!
I managed to use the £5 voucher together with the 250pt voucher from a previous lilac bag and the 200pt mag voucher and got another lilac bag, all in one transaction. TWICE. With the same SA!! :j She even had the cheek to say 'Are you one of those MSE people??' Of course I denied all knowledge... :A
BTW does anyone know if there are any No.7 summer palettes left in Preston? I've got an exam at college in the morning and though I might deserve a treat afterwards _party_0 -

I think because the bodyform are not boots coupons then they count towards the voucher.Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

jaffacakes wrote:All manufacturers vouchers (e.g. Bodyform) count towards the £10 total. This is because Boots will send them off to be reimbursed, so they are still getting money either way. But be careful as some crabby SAs may refuse to give you one.

i think the above is correct. manufacturer coupons should be counted as cash but Durham Boots refused to accept this and I queried it with Head Office. They told me you had to physically spend £10 to get the £5 voucher and manufacturer coupons were not classed as cash at the till. I think it depends on the day who serves you and what the till thinks too! I have managed to get these coupons counted as cash but with 4 crabby SA's watching over me in Durham they refused to accept these as cash.Just about to give up!0
