Went to Boots today and took back a couple of items so had a credit of £13.80

i Bought 3 x bodyform paid with vouchers
    I pack reduced choc rasins
    1 no7 organiser
    1 lilac bag
    1 tixylix
    1 karvol
    1 cool and soothe
    Couple of other bits

horror of horrors forgot my NO7 voucher

But got over 600 points and paid £7.53 and got no7 voucher

Went downstairs and got another organiser and another lilac bag, 3 packs bodyform 1 pack cool and soothe

Paid £7.90 ish and got another voucher. Really cross with myself as I could have used 250 points out of the first lilac bag.

Anyway, I did get lots of extra points and loads of stuff for hardly any money.

Second sa said, the lilac bag will not go through with the organiser, Oh I said, could you please try it anyway, with a smug look she tried it and guess what!!!!

In her defence she did congratulate me.

Hi this may be in the wrong place but I would be grateful if anyone can give me advice. I have been saving my Boots points for an MP3 player. I did not realise that points cannot be used online and the player I want is only sold online. Is it possible to order in store? I know that they offered this on the Christmas shopping nights.

    Thanks

In an earlier Boots thread someone suggested ordering it online and paying cash etc, then returning to your boots store and re buy it with your points!

Just FRESH toothpaste , mouthwash and combined ones. Works on reduced items, but excludes others in this brand like Breath freshening pills

Could someone help me please? I did do a search but couldn't find the answers.

Some of the Boots own brand Vitamins and Minerals are half price online and in a booklet that comes with this months "Health and Beauty" magazine there is a triple points voucher for healthcare products.

The voucher states "Earn triple points on any boots customer healthcare award 2006 winning product shown in this booklet." Now, the booklet shows quite a few of their own brand vitamins and minerals, so, will it work on all of theirs? Wishful thinking really. and....

Is their own brand vitamins half price in store as well as online?

    Thanks in advance.

I have done in previous promotions like this. Your local Boots is naughty! :naughty:

Why is the local boots being naughty when it is proper boots red sign on the edge of shelf. As mine has that sign up. As I don't get top up in boots not been able to test it.

And it says the £10 spend excludes phone tops ups/formula/Stamps/Gift cards.

I think it is your boots that is being naughty by letting you have one when they should not ;) but it just could be there tills are rather thick.

    Leeds Albion St today

Got 4 X jars of "FlowerTherapy Orange and Calendula Bath Salts 400g" which are in large heavy glass jars with what appears to be a metal lid.

They were priced up at £0.37 but I got 2 together and they came to £0.48 altogether... so £0.96 for 4

picked one up today marked 50p on clearance lable went through till at 33p
which i though was a bargain till i saw yr post :)

are they included in the 1/3 off promo i wonder?

bought reduced R&M perfect nail pen £2.50 to use with £5 no7 voucher & 2 tan wipes to make up to £5.50 - till didn't take off R&M so £2.00 of no7 voucher wasted :(
then to top it forgot to use 250 point voucher on second purchase of wipes with no7 £5 voucher

There were 3 in Wolverhampton Town Centre Store today - got one but left 2 for other MSEs. :A

Also there were about 10 of the MF Nail kits on the MF stand which is opposite the No7 Stand :D Tried to get one but the till seems to be recognising that they should be a GWP and the I hadnt bought any MF products.

Walsall Town Centre store - loads of new reduced items being put out on clearance at the back of the store, some reduced to just 5p and 10p each and also they were reducing electricals down by a further 50% - so 75% off. They had personal cd players just over £5, DAB Radios (cant remember price of those),

Spent just over £20 today across both stores got 2 skincare sets, 2 x no7 sun products on bogof, 3 lilac bags, a meal deal and loads of things reduced to just 5p 10p and 25p each - which helped when I was trying to get my 3 lilac bags through the till without the Sa querying the total spend ;)

Found 2 No7 £5 vouchers left on shelves and someones handbag left on the floor!! Which I handed in and whilst I was paying for my goods ( went back to the till I handed it in at) the lady came back for it :T they had announced her name over the tannoy and asked her to return to the perfume counter if she was still in-store. She was really relieved as you can imagine and it made my day knowing that I had done a good deed and gotten all my bargains to boot (pardon the pun).
