  • Been dying to try out all these lovely offers, so I made me little list(or big list as it turned out!!) from the 1st post. I had already ordered in the week online to get the no7 gift sets which had been reduced ie the skincare gift set, nailvarnish gift set and the beautiful organiser, which meant I got the lilac bag free, along with the 250 points voucher.
Also ordered the Lancome juicy sets, which were on offer £12 instead of the £18, and got the free lancome bag free. so today toddled off with hubby and kids to our main boots store and got the following:

    No 7 Organiser £15 now £9.99
    No7 lilac bag £0.00

Boots easy up toddler pants £4.99
Boots easy up toddler pants £4.99
Saving £2.48 so £7.50 for the 2 packs

    J&J kids spray facter 20 200mls red to £3.24 from £6.49
Boots aaa batteries £2.99 (+50 points when buying the batteries.noticed the 3 for 2 but didnt bother)
Loreal sunspray kids 150 mls red £2 from £7.50
    Nivea aftersun+insect repellant red £1.74 from £3.49
Head n shoulders shampoo large bottle 400mls red £1.72 from £3.45
Avene discover set red 99p not sure how much originally
    Health n beauty mag £0.00

    Total to pay £30.17
Didnt get the no7 gift voucher after I spent all that, so I asked anothe SA and after checking my receipt she gave me a voucher. So armed with the £5 voucher and my 250 points voucher I bought
No7 nail varnish £6 - £5 voucher totaling £1 to pay, along with the 250 points. The SA ( different one again) said I would only be able to use 1 voucher, but then said she would try both and see, and both worked!!

Absolutely thrilled!! But now I have seen the Max Facter gift sets going thru for a 1p, I am going to have to go back and have a go! Also, I have another 250 points after getting the lilac bag today. However, I did look for the Avene bags and couldnt find them, I also tried for the easy4men voucher, tried 2 Advantage mchnes, in 2 different stores, and another 2 were also out of use!! Presumed them to have cottoned on the that glitch?? I also fancied th trevor sorbet long hair goods which were mentioned as being reduced, but couldnt find them either. Also, no kids sultan duo packs reduced, but then I found the bits n bobs I got which were also reduced.

All in all, a fab shop!! Many Thanks to all of you who have found these goodies xxx

Excellent job for youe first try, the only other ways i could see of you maximising your savings was to put it through in 3 seperate transactions £10 each and you would have got 3 (possibly 2 with the no7 stuff) No7 £5 vouchers

    You have unleashed a monster:

    ps
Tried to use the voucher from freebie post for clinique moisturizer but was told this offer was from last year and they had been told to refuse all vouchers
They told me that in Chester also! I told them they were the only Boots I knew of not accepting it! I went to Browns instead & they gave me several other testers also!

Hi All, called in at Boots today , shouldn't have really as I had already had a mega shop yesterday :)

Found 4 of the mediterranean almond and honey soaps 62p but bogof
    ( and they smell lovely)

Lots of bodyform with vouchers on so thought I would take advantage ;)

I bought 7 bodyform and gave her 7 vouchers but she scanned two twice by mistake , she didn't know how to take them off so she let it go and it knocked £2 off my shopping ( don't you just love saturday girls!)

4x almond and honey soap £1.34
    meal deal £2.99 + 100 points
    7 bodyform £7.10 - £9.00

    total to pay £2.33!
Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!
    Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945
    Smoke free days = 11 Years :T
Cash saved so far = £125,45,11

    Today's haul:-

2 body buffer (No 7) - £5.50 each, BOGOF and 6 packs bodyform (all with vouchers attached!), total £11.18

Paid with No7 voucher and 6 x bodyform vouchers, normal points 24, one bonus 250 point voucher from lilac bag (and SA did try to redeem 2 for me as I had bought 2 products, but the till wouldn't accept the second) - cash paid 18 pence, points earned 274 - OH still looks at me a bit odd when I come back loaded up with bags of shopping and telling him Boots had paid me to take it away!!

Thanks, I never thought of that!! Doh!! Not my first time though, I am always nosying at the boots offers on here, and have managed to get quite a few. The best ones being last summer on the little me gift sets.

Anyway, I shall possibly go back tomorrow and try for the max facter stuff. Just noticed the 200 advantage points voucher in the back of the new mag as well as my 250 voucher from the lilac bag.

    Cheers

  • Hi ya, just a word of warning i tried to get the maxfactor brushes earlier but the till recognised i hadn't bought a maxfactor product.

Although i did get an organiser and free lilac bag, and a free avene gift bag thing. I used a no7 £5 voucher and 250 points, when i chcked the receipt the bonus points hadn't gone on so the lovely manageress apologised and put them straight on for me. I'm starting to get the hang of this boots stuff. I'm obviously being taught well, i already have £40 on my boots card, haven't actually had to spend too much either.

    Happy bootsing x
