I went into my local boots yesterday and bought a waterproof mascara/concealer and a foundation that was reduced. I paid with my advantage card points unaware that paying this way disqualified me from receiving the free gift.

Was it the No7 geisha gift you were trying to get? Just asking because I've never had any problems getting No7 gifts when paying with points.

charlie body spray is 3 for 2 but if u use the voucher in the boots mag u only pay 1.36 4 all 3!!

Ooh, I have been sooo rumbled by an assistant in my local Boots! She knows I'll always squeeze the best offers out for all they're worth, and if she can stop me she will... I stand in the queue for the tills praying that I don't get her.
Went in today to use my BOGOF Charlie bodyspray voucher - noticed they were also on 3 for 2 so thought I'd chance it and took 3 to the till... She scanned them in (plus my lunch) then scrutinised the BOGOF voucher, and told me that the two Charlie officer wouldn't work together.
    grrrr, not true.
I had to take one out of the bag, and just got the two. Boo!
Now, I think it's made me bsessive - I've got a real urge now to get another mag and use the voucher and the three-for-two offer and make it work (at another till of course).
I really don't need that many body sprays, but it's the principle.

poorcat, why are they so nasty?

I've got a heap of pregnancy vouchers to use but too afraid to go to the Boots store now

Why do they want to be so mean? I just can't understand it. :(

I think this girl enjoys catching me out. I think what annoys me is that I'd probably get a kick out of catching out the customers if I was her - like the kick I get using the vouchers!

As I mentioned earlier, I have amassed prgnancy vouchers:
2 x Free Boots Mediterranean pregnancy range value £5
2 x Free single product No. 7 range value £16.50
2 x BOGOF Boots Mediterranean range
2 x Save 1/3 single product Natural Collection range

Now assuming I have all the "pregnancy items" I need already ;) , what's the best thing to do with all of these? (anyone looking for a project!!)

I assume I need to put them all through on seperate transactions (?)

    thanks

It was on the voucher forum. Just did a search for 'Boots'. There were also some links to other sites for vouchers. And I am not sure, but I think I used the voucher for baby items in the end and it worked!!!

Look out for the points coupons for the new Boots Naturally Smooth range - all on save at the moment - I think a 1/3rd off.

I had 300 points coupon on machine (only 200 points on my mums card) and bought Chamomile & Grape Shave Oil Spray 100ml for £2.66. You can also get Facial Hair Remover for £2.66 . All other items I saw were over £3.

Anyway it works out they are paying you 34p to take these away at the moment. :T
