there is a mailing coupon just now offering 600points if you spend £12 on boots hayfever stuff but there is a printing error in the barcode and it doesnt scan and the sa has to manually type in a code to add the points.if your'e feeling cheeky or lucky pick the most amiable looking one and say you've got one of the hayfever coupons than doesnt scan and maybe they will add it without checking - you could always ask if they need to see it and if they say yes then rummage about in your purse and say you must have left it at home and will leave it till another day.its on bogof as well so if you buy four of the 30 packs (4 months supply) you could get them for not much more than the cost of one prescription.you can only get the points once a day but four times a month for the next three months-worth stocking up if you use them regularly0

Further to the hayfever tablets coupon, I went to Boots today and bought 2 x packets Boots Hayfever and Allergy Relief tablets (30s) at £7.79 each. They were on BOGOF so I got 60 tabs for £7.79, I presented the 600 point hayfever voucher and was told it wouldn't work as I hadn't spent £12, as the SA had apparently tried one earlier for the same items , I asked her to try it anyway (it did scan, by the way) and I had also been sent a 200 point voucher for the Boots Hayfever and Allergy Relief tablets (to be used 3 times during April, May and June) which I also presented, they both went through OK so I received 831 points for my 60 hayfever tabs!!
SA looked rather surprised to see my receipt - said it must be my lucky day!!

Hi there! I have been reading this thread for some time and loving it. This is my first post and I'd like to congratulate everyone who has posted previously.
I'm still new to this but have managed to amount £15.70 in points including 537 points today from the boots eye brightening drops ( buy 1 get 1 half price) extra points for buying oral b pulsar toothbrush £3.99 extra points from machine for this.
Even the SA commented on how many points i earned in 1 transaction I'm sooo pleased so thanks again to all you boots bargain hunters. All these extra points will go towards my holiday supplies all due to this fab thread!0 -
I haven't read this whole thread so I apologise if this has been brought up before.
At Christmas when the triple points offer was on I bought an electric shaver which had been reduced to £49.99. I changed my mind afterwards and took it back to exchange it for a different brand. The one I chose had also been reduced from £99.99 to £49.99 - so it was a straight swap.
They gave me more triple points and didn't take off the points i'd earned when I bought the first shaver! I ended up getting about £12 added onto my Boots card.
I've not had the nerve to try this again. Just thought somebody might be bold enough to try it for themselves. I just got mine by a fluke.0 -
whereabouts in store do they normally put the reduced items,i know whereour store keeps damaged tins of hair spray and out of offer shampoos etc,but never found any good reductions0

Occassionally reductions can be on the shelves, this was the case in my local stores when the Trevor Sorbie and FCUK items were reduced. They then tend them to move them to the clearance area if they don't sell.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
I bought this yesterday with my points.
