Back on topic (ish) I was in Boots today, and the lady in front of me bought over £10 of stuff, had NO advantage card, and even worse, when asked if she wanted a free £5.00 note (OK, its a voucher, but as good as!!), she said no!!!
some people would have asked her if they could have it. i'm not that brave yet. just a thought for future though! is it ok to post this here?

It is fine. OFF topic chat was the problem before. Questions about peoples Boots experiences and answers to these questions are the reason for the thread. Doormouse has hit the nail completely on the head. Lets just get back to normal but leave the avatars/lilac bag sulks behind (no I did not complain or report but it did become tiresome in the last 2 days of the thread! My opinion only!!)

    so boots today

i redemmed my regular 2 packets of johnsons and johnsons wet wipes on BOGOF with £1 off as usual (wanna do it 2 at a time, rather than 20 in one go and get suspiciou SA!) (ps thanks guys for the coupons) so each packet was normally £2.69, i got them for 84p each.

i also saw a HUGE and i mean HUGE sale on mini mode clothing, there were all the usual hangings for mostly 70% off, and then an additional 4 racks with clothes and 2 shelves on the changing rotational promotions stand. a lot of BIG bargins, tshirts normally £6 down to £1.20 etc.

also loadso f sandwiches had the 75p clearance sticker on. i suspect it was because the food was going out of date today. still i had a nice big lunch and homeless man got the rest of my rather huge 4 slice sandwich.

also a LOT of women at the no7 stand redeeming coupons, there was a type of illuminating clean for $4.something which would have been free. unfortunately no makeup palette so i didnt redeem mine yet.

sadly i was offered the skin clear 100pt coupon on wednesday, didnt use it the nand there as had no money, went to the ACM today and it was gone!! no fair. must keep an eye out on that.

however, the point of today was to return my waterproof cameras as it turns out they dont work indoors, no flash means no indoor swimming pictures. i had used a 100pt coupon when i bought them, but when i returned them they only removed the regular points, not the bonus points.

edit: this was ilford in essex.
