Did mention that later. Didn't really obtain it by deception as the price label on the organiser does in fact say £15 ;) How was I to know when I got to the till hehe.

If you could use a code online which gave £1000 worth of boots points when spending £20 (which would obviously be a mistake) would you?! And would you happilly spend the £1000? I am guessing you would.

In that case, one must have *forgot* to buy a brita filter!! He,he!

    Hi

Sorry anewman but I have to agree with Charlotte. There have been other glitches mentioned such as the EI giving 300 points for a £1.66 spend - this was Boots fault and I do not suppose anyone said to the SA "oh dear I shouldn't of had 150 points on the free one!" incase they got into trouble for fraud. Same again with the glitch where £3.50 worth of points were given on a £1.25 spend.

I usually print off all the vouchers and then go and have a look if I want the products, if I then get to the till and my baby is crying I usually hand them all over and let the SA sort them out while I comfort my baby. Should the SA then give me points on items I haven't bought then sorry that is not my problem! I need filters but unfortunately I did not get offered the voucher - should I have then in all honesty I would have used the 500 point voucher against the filter and tried my luck!

It also works the other way and I have twice got home and realised that points have NOT been awarded on items I have purchased (I bought Karvol and did not get the 200 points) but just thought some you win and some you lose! Although in future I will check my receipt before I leave.

I do have a 500 point voucher on a family first aid kit - does anyone know if this works with any first aid kit???? be quick before anewman tells me I am a fraudster ;)

I went to Boots yesterday and spent £6.?? and got a £5 No. 7 voucher????? I used the bogof Med. voucher and 1/3 off natural collection vouchers from baby club - do you think it may be something to do with those? Anyone else had this happen?

OH 500 points for joining the parenting club at the same time!
Oh that an idea ! could i register my boyfriend as having a " baby" ? if so what age as I mucked it up the last time and got nothing! I was going to give some of the stuff to a friend who cant be bothered joining boots and loses all the advantages. Huh there are a lot of people I know like that - who dont realise the advantage points they are entitled to and the benefits they are losing. So probably for every savy MSER there are 10 people who lose all their points and boots gets to keep the extra profit.

Yes this has happend to me a few times too- or sometimes it is near impossable for me towork out what points have been missed and added. It is not the first time a SA has orgotten to add a voucher I gave them. To err is human .

    OK I'll be quick. :D

There used to be a first aid kit loophole a few months ago - you got the 500 points for buying any first aid kit, including the ones costing about £2-£3. ;) So your voucher might work on one of the cheaper ones! I think they're called Day Out first aid kits (in small plastic pouches).

Where did you get the voucher, BTW?

    Hiya

Thanks very much I will try it, with three children a first aid kit will be handy!. I got the voucher off e-bay in with some other baby ones together with the Med. BOGOF voucher for a quid! Why did you want one? In fact I have just checked my handbag and I have 2 - exp. 31.5.06 do you want the other?

No 7 Sunless Tanning Naturally Sunkissed Moisturiser. It was on a display with the BOGOF sign at the top, but when I looked at the shelves they had the offer on the SEL on the top two or three shelves of products, but not on the lower two where the products included the above.
