If it's any consolation I thought the same until I looked at the display again after my 2x Sunkissed Moisturiser didn't go through on BOGOF.

Hi all,

Rang Customer Services today as I realised OH used to have an advantage card, but (prior to my MSE days - so don't shout at me!!!!) we threw it away as we always used mine.

Didn't hold out much hope, as this card hasn't been used in about 5 years!! But hey presto, they still have the details (300+ points on it), are sending out a replacement to our new address, and gave my OH 500 points for joining the parenting club at the same time! :j :j

Boots Customer services are fab (much better than Tescos!!).

I'm hoping with it being such an old account, it'll get the full set of offers that don't seem to apply to my ahem! "other" new accounts. Does anyone know if replacement cards carry spending patterns through??

Giving the vouchers without buying the items is technically fraud. You mayaswell stick items to the value of £5 in your bag and steal them. Be very careful! Bargains are good, deception fraud and theft are criminal offences!

Just because it's points on your boots card rather than tangible goods or money doesn't make it any less criminal!

Its strange what points everyone else gets

I am being offered a £2 off voucher for the above moisturizer through Ac machine but am only being offered 50 points for meal deal

I noticed lots of the No 7 suncare BOGOf signs have gone today but i still got Incredibly Moisturising Mousse BOGOF. No 7 Lady tried to gell me this was not on deal any more but i paid elsewhere and got BOGO as well as Lilac bag.

Emptied Chester store of BF vouchers - young SA tried to tell me could only use 2 per transaction as 342 deal and machine would not accept but i asked her to try and of course they went through. :T

Did 6 separate transactions today - every time i did one transactions i kept getting another voucher so had to do another transaction to get rid before they expire - should not complain though.

No organisers in Chester and only a couple of nail/skin care sets

By the way, is this the sort of message that should go on the other board?? Is this board only for reporting the glitches and new points offers and not for you bargain buys? (Bit confused :rolleyes: and certainly don't want to be responsible for this site being closed down)

Sorry I can't help, haven't been out (to Boots) for days. Did you notice whether there were any of the Nail Sets in St. Helens Ravenshead?

They had about 3 nails sets in Warrington/Gemini , not by No7 counter but near the back with other gift set type things . I can't remember seeing them in the other 2 stores though
