Thats strange - only yesterday i had a spend that came to £11. Used bodyform vouchers that brought it to £7 - i got the voucher. Very strange indeed - the theory about different stores have differnt rules maybe true.

In some stores the Body form coupons count as cash and you get the £5 voucher, in other stores they say you have to spend over £10 in cash and manufacturer coupons dont count. I think this is unfair, but I just take all the stuff back to another Boots and try again! I too raised this with Head Office and they told me BF coupons took off do not count towards your total spend for over £10.
    Just about to give up!

    HI Derbylady

How did you get a £24.50 item using a £16 voucher, why did they not ask for the difference?

Was getting 3 x Bodyform and paracetamol to make up the 16p so total was £3, tried using 3 x £1 bodyform coupons but till did not allow it. Anyone had any probs today? SA was going to allow me to use 2 x £1 off vouchers as she said they were on offer and I was essentially getting them for free (and the point is?? :-0) Anyway I said I don't mind waiting to be confirmed with customer services, she got manager who said same thing, she then went to phone customer services and they supposidly said same thing. Was not a happy bunny so I left it and wasn't even in the mood to check out bargains upstairs. So just a word of warning!

However I did got to two other Boots before that awful visit and another branch afterwards. My haul today was:

9 x Bodyform (gave them to my mum to put away for me or sisters)
    6 x Brita filters
    1 x Heinz baby food
1 x jar of some other baby food
    1 x chewing gum

    Paid £13.70
    Points earned 3090

    Used points to buy:

    Botanics bath salts
Tooth whitening powder (reduced to 70p)
Febreze antiallergy spray (reduced from £2.99 to £1.99)
    Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
    Boots points: £0.28
    Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)
    Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)
    Rpoints:redeemed 28925 points)Cashbag:£8.91(£20)

Hi sans - yes, I used three vouchers today for 3-4-2 bodyform (vouchers on all three) with no probs. Got some No 7 stuff and used the £5 vouchers and 250 points from last lilac bag and got another lilac bag, bogof toothpaste (Colgate? oxygen), emery boards. Only mistake I made was that I thought the No 7 products were on bogof but they weren't. Still did well though!

Did the transaction at the pharmacy counter as I also had a prescription and thought they wouldn't bother what I was getting, but the pharmacist said "you know how to milk the system!". Didn't stop me on anything though.

No sign of the No 7 organiser in Newport today, and lilac bags going down fast.
