Hi All, Help and advice needed please. Just recieved back my SAR from them, heres a little background info. In April 2005 i took out a Secured loan via Loanmakers with Swift Advances for £11642.25 over 60 Months at a rate of £261.99 per month which totals £15719.40. During the loan term especially in 2008 i fell into arrears and home was repossessed by Swift.According to the info they have sent me as part of the SAR a Redemption quote was given for £11767.81 in Dec 2008 despite making payments of £11838.46 by Dec 2008. In October 2009 following repossession they also received a payment for £16969.10 to cover "arrears" and full payment of the Loan making a grand total of moneys received £28807.56. From the "List of Transactions" recieved from Swift there are lots and lots of charges for "Letters sent" & "Admin Charges" and Arrears charges ranging from £12.00 through to £1104.55 being the most expensive charge. When i took out the loan i don't recollect them informing me of such excessive charges that would be added. How can i question these excessive charges with the hope of getting some if not all repaid back to me as it seems to me they have made a killing out of my unfortunate circumstance.0

Put a complaint into Loanmakers, there has to be PPI on there for the money you paid back, was this Single Premium too? if it was were you offered cash back on the PPI if you did not make a claim on this PPI or a bonus payment at any time?.
Put a claim in for the excessive charges to them, let them know that you will take this to FOS if they do not look at these charges.0 -

Miserable sods :rotfl::rotfl:hahahehe sorry hun, I have been busy decorating the kitchen, no excuse I know
. I'm sick of this wet weather, Rhys has got teenager flu at the moment so I took myself of to Milton Keynes for some retail therapy this morning. I have heard from Central Trust and have returned my acceptance forms. They have give me a pay date of the 15th August why it takes so long god only knows. But the final figure came out at £10,800 which is a lot different from the small figure they offered me a year ago which was £1,800. Well worth the wait!!!!!!!! Do you have any nice plans for this weekend?

Hello my lovely friends
WOW! how good is it to be back on this one :j:j:j
Hope you lovely peeps are doing ok.
No end of issues going on here, just spent over a grand getting a new flywheel on the car, with it being a 6 speed diesel and 2Litre doesnt help, it's the only ever prob we've had with it, other than that it's still like new.
Before that we were dealing with my son's car, he had new water pump put on brand new and that went in 5 weeks, so has to sort that out, and a few other stuff with it, his will have to go, time for him to get shot for a new one.
It's been a matter of money in and coming straight out, a disaster of a few weeks.
Sorting other stuff out for my youngest as well, not been easy, because of his needs, we will get there one day.;)
Weather been awful! Gale force winds too.
No plans as yet for the weekend, see what the weather brings and take if from there.
What about you lovely darlings? XxXx:A:AThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
