    Hi Max

I just arrived home now, the prayers was lovely, it went well, all the flowers have kept nice as well, and we are having a plaque on dad's plot in due course.
Its been absolutely sunny and hot so far today, and we had white butterlies hovering all over us, it was lovely.
Dad's plot is a few away from one of my mate.;) I can now visit the same time.

Wow that is fab news on the house, how does your MIL feel now?

    Love Di

She is pleased. It is a weight off her mind. We had to let her make her mind up as she is a really independent lady. She did not want to leave her church and friends but as she says they cannot give her what she needs at the moment. We have found her another very pretty, active church just down the road here. Her house is going on the market today they say the average selling time at the moment is 6 - 8 weeks so fingers crossed.

Di you keep saying about white butterflies, they are laying eggs all over my cabbages!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I feel guilty if I try to kill them. LOL.xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Hi Max

That sounds fab, especially if there is a church just down the road, I'm sure she will be happy there, and of course it will also ease your minds as well to have her nearby, good luck here and hope all goes smoothly all the way.;)

LOL, someone else was telling me the same about their cabbages getting damaged.........

    Don't feel guilty Max......:D.
With me its just a comfort thing, but they are not for everyone if you know what I mean lol.:D;) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Been on the phone to mum, she seemed to be lots brighter.

Anyway what I am about to say now, "please don't think I'm crazy" I know I am but still............I don't want to freak anyone out......:o;).

Some will believe and others will not, and I can understand, and everyone has their own opinions on things, especially if spiritual etc.;):D

Mum and my sister called by to Dad's plot at the local church, a guy probably in his 30's was in there, but made his way out to the gate while mum and my sister went in, they stayed for about 20 mins.
They noticed that same guy was stood by the gate all that time, and on their way out the guy started to speak, he said to my sister. "your poor dad bless him, I was talking to him Tuesday evening and he told me of his passing - which was to do with his lung"

Now both mum and my sister have never seen this guy before, but how could he talk to dad?
Its been almost 3 weeks since he passed away!
And how would he know how he died.

(On the certificate it stated upper lobe pnemonia on right lung) then underneath it said other illnesses contributed to it.

    Strange or what?

And strange that he waited by the gate all that time.
Mum and my sister were stunned.
The guy then explained he had lots of friends laid to rest in that churchyard and he speaks to them often.

For my birthday tomorrow, I am going to the churchyard, will miss my dad singing Happy birthday to me, he always done this by 9 am on the phone on all my birthdays, going to be a weird day tomorrow I think, wonder if that guy will be there tomorrow too? interesting.

Anyway, mum and my sister did not at all feel freaked though but just stunned, many would have run I suppose, but if they had thought, or if it were me I would be asking lots of questions lol.:D;)

How weirds that? :D i went to a friends funeral 2 years ago, it was a lovely sunny day no breeze, as i walked away from the graveside i was pulled back by my cardigan, no one was near enough to me to do that :eek: i am sure it was my friend not wanting me to leave :D
i keep "smelling" my mum near me, she has been gone 2 years now but i like to think there is something after life, not ghosts but a energy from those that have passed, it could just be in our heads because we dont want to believe they are gone forever, but i wonder :)

    Yes very!

Wow what an experience for you as well.
And your lovely mum too, bless, I bet she is with you all the time honey.:A

I think spirits are known to be different to ghosts, and that is right we don't want to believe they are gone forever, and I don't think they are.;)
