Folks I am posting this to let you know if you don't see me post in for a little while.

Dad was rushed to hospital, I have not long came back cos of my youngest not taking it too well, most of the family are still with dad and I may be going back, he have been in recess for a few hours and its not looking good.
The 12-24 hours is crucial.
The doctor had a word with us and said it would be cruel to see him struggling on, and would be best to let him go peacefully.
Dad is 69 years old.


You may wonder how I am managing to post, its with great difficulty, and I am very numb, but it helps to talk and lots of you are aware of dad's condition and always asking of him.

I shall keep you posted, love to all.

you will be in my thoughts, i went through this with my mum who was the same age as your dad, it is not a nice place to be, but you have your family and friends and you know we love you on here xx

Also just to let you know that since my last post, my lovely dad have now passed away, its a blessing really due to what he was going through.
I am so glad I had the chance to see him, hold his hand and tell him how much I love him, and kissed him loads.

Your all wonderful here and it keeps me sane to keep posting when I can.

Oh di i am so sorry for you, please accept my sincere condolences, i was the same when my mum passed.It is a relief and also tinged with sadness. At least you know he wont suffer anymore.How is your mum bearing up , hope she gets through this, the best thing you all can do is live your lives, as i am sure your dad wouldnt want you all to be sad. Sending you and your family lots of hugs and kisses xxxxxx
