Absolutely! Every court could do with Judge Judy! I believe she grew up in Hell's Kitchen.

Did you see it last night? I only caught the tail end of the repeat.

I meant Hell's Kitchen as in the Bronx. :D

Yeah, it's the best one yet. The girls couldn't even get a main course out and there's loads of fighting going on! Robert from the last series has come back. Have a look through the digi tv listings as I'm sure it's repeated sometime this week. :T

So he has been out of work since the last job too then? My son has had another reply from out MP (well I have this time cause I emailed her yesterday as well) about the guaranteed work thing they do when unemployed a long time. She has asked for his details etc and going to get back. He also has applied for every job going at the jobcentre and has good qualifications for them too but nothing. In fact he is losing faith in any kind of job offer now. Its so bad around here though and lots in the same boat.

Well done to your son. :T I am sure your hubby would be able to have one of these guaranteed placement/jobs by now Di. My son does not qualify yet but quite sure your hubby does.

    Thanks Marshallka.:A

He came out in April or May it may have been, but done a voluntary course with this scheme, he attended a meeting on Saturday just gone, they rang him yesterday for an interview today, and was told he has the job and starts next Monday.
Yes your right there, he will be a help lol.:D:T:T
Glad you heard from your MP Marshallka......lets hope they can do something, some systems are so unfair isn't it?.

And of course having qualifications as well, Jamie has GCSE's and A levels, its very difficult for jobs, so what he done, although it was optional while applying for jobs was taken up a computer course, unpaid but to keep him on par sort of thing, but yes very difficult isnt it?

Good luck Marshallka, keeping everything crossed.;)XX

    Thank you Pinknico.:A;)XX

I know jobs have been scarce and he is really lucky to have this job, so pleased, and am hoping now that hubby will hear soon of the job where he attended the interview last week with a start date, with him being let down by so many companies, (I know this is happening everywhere), but so far its looking more hopeful than the others.
    Fingers crossed.

Hope you and your family are well hunni XX

    Afternoon all!
That's great news, Di! I think to celebrate his success, you should give him the link to the cocktail recipes now!
So who's up to what and going where then? Still cold outside and the house isn't nuch warmer either! I might take a short flight to the Bahamas....
