    Hi everyone

    Hope your all well.

Talking about smoke alarms, even when opening a door used to set them all off, and sometimes randomly in early hours they used to go off, they were the electric ones. They were extremely sensitive.

We did have them changed/upgraded a few months back, the same time as the carbon monoxide boxes.

We got paranoid with the smoke alarms then not going off and check them all the time now lol......:D

With living in an area mainly occupied by the elderly we had ours fitted by the fire service with a 10 year battery. Its very sensitive and if we had have gone to bed it would have gone off but we also have a stable door in the kitchen and we opened that and let all the smoke off before it had time to get to the hallway. Ours goes off with cooking toast in the toaster mostly. Still, rather have it that way than none at all.;)

I just realised I haven't told you lovely folks, that mum has decided she wants dad home and give it a good try.
She said she has thought really hard about this and feel its important to give it at least a go with the help from extra carers.

Then in time if this works out a day centre will be arranged.:j:j:beer:
This will if the package is prepared in time for by the end of January.
