hiya you lot,
This was not my 1st port of call today, I've been poking my nose in a few posts.
Sorry to hear your Dad not well Dia (shorthand) but hope he will be on the mend soon. Good news about daughter & boyfriend tho.
Hope your Dad is doing ok Di also.
I've been for an eye-test today and ordered 2 new pairs of glasses. Also been diagnosed with optical migraines, another thing to add to the list. It's nearly getting as long as the grandkids' Xmas list, lol.
I'm going for a wander now, (I'll have to stop saying that cos I start singing 'I love to go awandering' or 'She'll be coming round the mountain' and it's really irritating). Cya later.
Karen xx
Hi Karen

Dad doing okay thanks, so far so good.;)
That must be very painful Karen, sorry to hear that, I do tend to suffer migraines but they have calmed down since the change of some meds.
Hope you feel better very soon.

Hi Pinknico, hope your well.;)
Yes dad is doing okay thanks for asking.
Settling down lovely, the first week he was very restless but the poor guy did think that the hospital was his home at first, he kept saying "I need to go home to all my family", it was trying to explain to him that he was home, bless him......:A.
Your right there Pinknico, in regards of the post, its just typical isn't it?
Hope you and your lovely family are well hun Xxx:AThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi Di
Glad your beautiful daughter and her boyfriend are feeling better now, that is a relief.:T:T
Sorry to hear that your poor dad is unwell again Di......will they give your dad oxygen to have at home?
Cos of my dad's emphysema from the coal mines where he worked for many years, he is now oxygen dependent, and also has a built in concentrator as well, just wondered if your dad would be entitled to also have these machines.
I do hope he gets better Di.
Sending all my love and best wishes.:AXxxxx0 -

Hi Di Dad has been on beta blockers and they think they have given him the wrong ones which has caused the fluid build up. He has had this problem for years though. They have taken him off them now but he needs them for his heart so its a vicious circle he will see his doc again soon and see what they can do instead. He has not been put on oxygen though. Thanks hun xxx:A
OMG Di, that is bad, bless him.....its scary isn't it?
