I've been for an eye-test today and ordered 2 new pairs of glasses. Also been diagnosed with optical migraines, another thing to add to the list. It's nearly getting as long as the grandkids' Xmas list, lol.
I'm going for a wander now, (I'll have to stop saying that cos I start singing 'I love to go awandering' or 'She'll be coming round the mountain' and it's really irritating). Cya later.

That must be very painful Karen, sorry to hear that, I do tend to suffer migraines but they have calmed down since the change of some meds.
Hope you feel better very soon.

Yes dad is doing okay thanks for asking.

Settling down lovely, the first week he was very restless but the poor guy did think that the hospital was his home at first, he kept saying "I need to go home to all my family", it was trying to explain to him that he was home, bless him......:A.

Cos of my dad's emphysema from the coal mines where he worked for many years, he is now oxygen dependent, and also has a built in concentrator as well, just wondered if your dad would be entitled to also have these machines.

Hi Di Dad has been on beta blockers and they think they have given him the wrong ones which has caused the fluid build up. He has had this problem for years though. They have taken him off them now but he needs them for his heart so its a vicious circle he will see his doc again soon and see what they can do instead. He has not been put on oxygen though. My dad has been dead 25 years today. :sad:

Sorry to hear that Marshallka, mine was dead 25 years this May just gone, gets no easier and some days worse. xx
