Thanks hun I took some more clothes out to her today and it was strange cos I couldnt hug or kiss her incase I caught the lurgy, bless her she was more concerned about her boyfriend than how she was feeling. I rung college this morning to tell them talk about insincere they said well how do you know she will be off all week after I told them her boyfriend had swine flu and she possibly had it as well. I said would you like her to come in then instead? and spread it all over college. Maybe not they said:rolleyes:Sending all my love and best wishes Di, it must be a difficult time for you with everything else going on as well.:A

Loads to do today cleaning wise put darnt put this puter down dying to hear if honey gets her cheque, so it might be a quick clean later. Good morning everyone.
Hope all are well.
Good luck to all Picturites .
I have been waiting since 8 am for the boiler man, to service the boiler, we were told 8 am onwards to 1pm, so could be anytime, good timing really, cos we think we are having some problems with the heating as well.....
, thankfully its all covered, and it will be a case of them also finding out what the problem is and booking it in to get it done.
The heating still works but only when we have the water on as well.
Anyway, hope there is exciting news for everyone today, so happy for Honey, its fab news.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Di hope you are well hun. We had this problem last year and the gas man said it was the condensor. He booked it in to be replaced but we had no water or heating for a couple of days, apparently it wasnt safe to have it on , bit of a pain but at least you are covered hun as it would have cost an arm and a leg to replace.:AGood morning everyone.
Hope all are well.

Hi Di and thank you for this and hope your well too.:T:A
Yes thank goodness we are covered......, it would have been the case of trying to save up for this otherwise.
I also have my electrics covered with them as well, all with SWALEC.
All for £20.50 a month, and been with them for a few years now, I think its essential, especially when you also hear these stories of monoxide poisoning. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Boiler man here, fixing the problem already, luckily he has the part required on him, its the switch on the motor that controls the whole hog of the water and heating system.
Then he will service the boiler that is in my kitchen larder cupboard, leaving hubby to deal with him, while I have my gas fire on, in the nice and warm.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
