I remember when my youngest, when he was 2 years old, he had lumps removed from his neck, I stayed with him in hospital and only there for 3 days, that was enough, scary time though, in regards of the tests they were doing, but thankfully all turned out okay.;)

Thanks again hun, we are hoping for some good news tomorrow (Monday) for dad, fingers crossed and will keep you all posted.

Hello to everyone, in a bit of a rush, so this includes you all.....lol

Hope your all okay and well, I am going to see dad shortly.

I have spoken to Social Services who are to visit the hospital today to see dad as well. I am hoping to catch her.

Other than that we are still waiting for the move to the local unit (Hospital), it's getting everyone down now but for dad's sake hope we do have some good news this week.

Shall tell you more later on dad when I'm back.:A

I just arrived home now, dad seemed rather happy and got excited with the fruit treats we given him, bless him.
Apparently before we got there he wandered to the wards above on the next floor.
I spoken to one of the ward staff and I asked if they heard anything at all in regards of the move, she said, "he is definately on the top of the list and the next one for the bed in the unit in the hospital near us", but said other than that its just a matter of waiting.
I did not see the SS there, but read his notes and can see they are trying dad with other different meds as well.
His BP was fine, and he was telling us he played football with the policeman lol , I think he meant the security guards myself, but not really playing footie, but I think this was on his mind because of Jamie playing footie.;)

Hi Di awe bless your dad I am glad he is in good spirits hun did he win at footie lol Hopefully it wont be too long before he gets his bed it does sound like the SS are on the ball hun. Di I think I must have missed a post somewhere:o as everyone has said well done to your son what have I missed hun and I am sorry I did not say well done, but I dont know what hes done:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:it wasnt the girl was it?

Due to not being many beds in the dementia unit I can understand, it should happen one day I'm sure.;) just hope its not as long xmas though lol.

Hiya Di......:D, thank you, Jamie a very good footie player, every year he has managers chasing after him and he turned down after being scouted a few years back, he could have actually been playing for Wales now, but he chosen to stick with his education at the time and continue to play footie local.;)

That was a lush tikka curry, in fact there was enough for all on here as well lol , I could not get through it all, but it was nice of him to treat us to this.;)
