Thank you for your email of 22 July 2009.

We do not consider the matter you have raised is for the FSA Complaints Scheme; and your correspondence has been forwarded to the FSA Customer Contact Centre (e-mail: http://www.moneymadeclear.fsa.gov.uk/contactus.aspx, Tel: 0300 500 5000 or +44 20 7066 1000 from outside of the UK, Website: www.moneymadeclear.fsa.gov.uk <http://www.fsa.gov.uk/consumer/>) for their consideration.

The FSA Complaints Scheme (the "Scheme") is a requirement of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA") for the investigation of complaints arising in connection with the FSA's exercise of, or failure to exercise, its functions under FSMA, other than its legislative functions.

The rules of the Scheme are set out in COAF - FSA Handbook, which can be viewed on the FSA website at: http://fsahandbook.info/FSA/html/handbook/COAF.

Just have to wait now for a reply from moneymadeclear. They did a read receipt too for it. At least they have looked then and it has not gone straight to the recyle bin.

Hi Max I am on my second now, and there big ones so if I start typing gaga you know why lol It is a relief in some ways although I just wish there was something we could do to stop the repossession the new house is really nice but we would still love to stay in our house. I try not to say that as our new home is our housetoo but it still should not be happening when it is not our fault. i have tried our MP, tried to rush things up with deloitte and the fscs all I can think of now is emailing the PM or David Cameron what do you think, is there any chance that it would help. thanks for all your support.:T;)
edit I have also emailed watchdog but not heard anything what else can we do?

Your very welcome Dialysis, we are here for you as always.
You enjoy your drink hunni, this is the least you deserve.:A

It must be so difficult for you, and things should have been dealt with quicker with the money owed out to you, the FSCS should surely have fast tracking for these matters.
You keep your chin up hunni.:A;)XXXXXXXX

Not a cat in hells chance of that. They don't even know if its a complaint after all this time. I keep getting different managers saying different things. Just have to hope no news is good news.

My little darling doggie is getting better and better. He has opened his eye today fully and even now in the lamp light after lying down and getting up its not rolling backwards so I think we may have cracked this one and that will make my birthday.
