    Hi Di,

    Hope you are well.

I spoke to a guy at Tesco PF yesterday who had a really bad attitude and was told that they had 6 weeks to pay back the money, so it looks like it will be the middle of May before I will get anywhere.
I was furious with him but had to stay calm as I am in their hands now, but I will be giving him a piece of my mind once this is sorted.
Daughters boyfriend has turned up to stay till tomorrow so I am creeping round the house trying to keep quiet. I had to rush around yesterday making up the spare room for him.
Really need to get some housework done so I hope they will go out this afternoon.
    Must go and get on.
    Will speak to you later

Did you speak to the same 4rsehole I did? I've just rung up & have been told that Tesco have 8 weeks from when they receive it, they seem to be moving the goalposts all of the time.

If I haven't received my money by 12 May I will be raising the dust at Tesco.

    Natalie,

I thought they told you that you would receive your cheque by the end of this month.
I was told that they had 6 weeks from when they received my letter and it looks like they are going to make us wait.
I told you the guy had an attitude problem must be getting his kicks out of this, but boy his he going to be on the receiving wend of it once I have got my money.

I will ring my caseworker at RBS next week just to see how things are going but as for the guy at Tesco he is a total A***hole

A letter before action might be in order. There is one here but it would need tinkering with

I may just going to ring him up and give him hell over the phone, or I may just put in a letter of complaint or I may ring the FSA and ask their advice I don't know but I will have my say if it kills me. At the moment though we can not do anything as it may jepordise things for us.

Like they say revenge is sweet. We could possibly plan it so you ring first then as soon as you come off the phone then I will ring him. He won't know what's hit him 2 complaints one after the other.
