Hi
i am going to buy a laptop for the summer to go to university and was wondering where from,
i will spend about £300 - £650 on one, i will be using it for general things and not for powerful things as i will have my PC, i just need it for the mobility etc.
about a 60gb hd , good processor 1.6ghz or more.
anyideas of where to get one from?
Thanks a lot.

I reccomend Dell, in November I got an Inspirion 6000, it runs pretty well with a similar spec as you just described, for a laptop you need about
1.4 to 1.8Ghz CPU
60GB + HDD I wouldn't go for anything lower
512MB to 1GB RAM
Get one with Mobile Technology, otherwise you will ahve to buy a seperate Wifi card if you want to go mobile.0 -
i got external hard drive so 60gb will be fine for the internal one,0

yeah as long as you dont store to many large movie files you wont have a problem0
