Do either of the Freeview satellite offerings include the ability to watch free digital European channels, eg German sports and general French and Spanish programmes.
If yes, which ones?
If not, is there a way to get these without subscription? We live in East Anglia and have Freeview via the aerial.
TIA

You would need to move your dish to 19.2e or 13e.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
It's probably easier to add a dish pointing at Eutelsat.
Ours is 1m wide, though it could be smaller. We get numerous European, Arabic and African channels broadcasting in all sorts of languages. We watch German and Swiss TV (Swiss needs a card though movies and sport are free). The main French channels are not included on our dish.0 -
At 19.2 you'd get Eutelsat Hot Bird without having to move the dish - however, the FreeSat box won't show them on the EPG and you'll need to tune manually. You won't get everything, but it's a start!0
