Hi Lucky
I can't think of any advice to offer right now but I just wanted to post to wish you well & send some hugs & support. I know it's all horribly overwhelming but you are doing well just facing up to it & taking the first steps to tackling it all

Just realised that my CC totals may not be completely up to date. I've used one of them in the last 2 days and that transaction is not showing up yet. I don't know if it's been included in the total or not. Unfortunately I've never watched any of the cards closely enough to know how they work... I'll update if there's any change.
Also, I need petrol, it's not pay day yet and we have no money. So the CC may be used for that. We'll see. Wonder how far the car will go on fresh air and fumes? :rotfl:
How frustrating that the debts may need to go up before they can start coming down.
I spoke to OH about the hotel and we are in agreement that it is a crazy waste of money and we can't afford it anyway. We are thinking of an alternative plan. Anyone for camping in October? We'll figure something out. Following this decision, the total to attend the wedding has now shrunk dramatically to £125. Much more doable. Just need to work out how.Debt @ Dec 2009 £10,026.05

It's the middle of the night and I'm still awake trying to make plans. I just remembered OH's first payment of DLA is due any day now. This may just save the day as we really need some food as well as petrol and a boost to the wedding fund/October bills fund.
I've spent it in my head 5 times already. :rotfl:
I think I may have just about got the hang of matched betting. I've a couple of questions about it but I'm definitely nearly there.
Would it be totally inappropriate to use OH's DLA as a stake?

Thanks to jonnyb :T I have now started matched betting and am waiting for my free bet to be added to my account before making any money. I'm excited about this and hope to try at least 3 per week for an extra income of around £70 but we'll see.Debt @ Dec 2009 £10,026.05
