Please can I join this club?

I am already a member of the £2 coin savers club but have just emptied my coins out of the huge whiskey jar I have and counted it all up ... I already have £10.80 worth of 20p coins :j

I'd like to join the 20p savers club please! I have bought my Smarties tube, tipped out the sweets and have put my first 3 x 20p's in it.

Does the tube really hold £11 when full?? :j

Managed to get 3 yesterday (well actually hubby got them in his change and I said "you can't spend them I want to join the 20p club!" Think he thought I was going a bit mad :rotfl: )

My eight year old & I would like to join, please! Good discipline for me as I save absolutely nothing & a good example for him. He suggested we go & spend some money at Tesco so we can get some change to save... ahem.

So here we go - 20p saved!!! Is this where we talk about little acorns? I may even work up to joining the big boys in the £2 club....

I've just counted up all the 20ps I've been finding this week and the total jumps from 20p last week to £5.40 this week - woo hoo! I hope next week is as profitable!
