I'm looking for a few suggestions for me and my husband for our anniversary. We're loooking for a really cool place to stay, preferably mirrored ceiling, possibly a pole or something a little out of the ordinary. We're planning on staying in the room most of the day
Have seen the Pelirocco, but reviews I've read make it seem like it's not worth the £££ they are charging. Plus the Play room is under the bar, so not great if we're trying to sleep at 3am.
Ideally our hotel would have:
So any ideas?

Ideally our hotel would have:
- Hot Tub or Sauna
- Breakfast included
- Pub/good bar nearby
- Anywhere in England, but within 3 hours of London would be great
So any ideas?

There is a hotel in the Lake District called Hotel Aphrodite that caters very much to the Pelirocco market, but the reviews are similar - i.e. overpriced and overrated.
Might be worth a look though?#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

I've always wanted to stay at this place - I don't think any of the rooms have mirroed ceilings or poles but they are very decadent and they have huge baths rights at the end of the huge beds. Scroll down the list of rooms as the ones at the bottom look the nicest.
The whole place looks really quirky and a bit special!
