  • The supervisor told me to come in early so I don't hold up other shoppers, which is exactly what I do. I do four or five transactions, park the trolley in a locker and go around again with another trolley. After the second trip I empty the second trolley into the first (IYKWIM).

    :rotfl:I guess I wasn't very clear, when I said fuzzy screen....what I meant was....
If you can read the small print on screen, you should be able to read it on your print out:beer:
Ooops, yes, I did understand what you meant, but my reply should have said "fuzzy on screen". :rotfl:

Had another try and it looks slightly better, so will take this one to T's on my next trip and keep fingers and toes crossed. :)
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present. ;)

Re Finish coupon...I have printed out 1 coupon that is much larger than normal, and this scans fine...I have then printed out 3 to a page and they do not scan but are fine if Sa will input barcode...if there is a queue I offer the large 1 to be scanned and then offer smaller 1 for them to keep( iyswim)...have done this twice now...not all Sa's are obliging, but if you smile sweetly....but if they insist on keeping the big one then I can always print another when I return home.

Afterthought...wondering whether to change my name to Bully Scissorhands...been snipping Pikapak coupons all morning...have sorted all cereals into tupperware containers and bundled mocs into £2's worth...only one packet didn't have coupon on the back...

    Thanks Jeferey
I think I will get a second clubcard too, I always give mine to my son when he goes shopping so I get the clubcard points but if we go shopping together it can cause a problem.

I went through the till first (and gave her 5 coupons) and then I passed my card to my son and he too had a couple of coupons she used the clubcard but refused to take any coupons, she said he should have used a different till.

I know the dog 30 day PURINA ONE challenge has finished, but I signed up for the cat one last night (again)?? You get .75p at the start, then 2 weeks later you get £1, then after another 2 weeks, you get 4.99!! (although there is a trick to get then the same day you get the 75p coupon, instead of waiting 2 weeks, and 4 weeks :D)

Keep trying to do the cat one, definately worth it :D

    Hello couponers !

I'm a newbie on here but have been couponing (is that a word ?) at Mr T's for a few years now.

Just wanted to introduce myself and to say thanks for the valuable coupon finds and entertaining me with the witty (and sometimes not so witty) banter !

I now take the MSE coupon pledge "To promise to find and post links to as many printable coupons as I can. To use my coupons at Mr T's in accordance with the rules and regulations (and to reprimand those who don't). To thank my fellow coupon finders accordingly. To join in with the banter, where necessary."

    Am I now enrolled ?
