Had a phone call yesterday from Airwick...emailed 'em re not having my name on coupon, just 'Personalised Coupon'...said nothing can be done..they have my details on a secure system and know that particular coupon was issued to me, so when I have used it , they can add my details to their system for future offers....suggested I try another store to use coupon as they are aware not all stores do accept or are obliged to accept internet coupons...and 'no' they cannot send me a replacement with my name on as I have been issued with maximum amount of coupons for this promotion.

Try changing your printer setting to "photo" or "best photo". I print my coupons in "photo" and the bar code scans every time.

If you go up to the file menu, you will see a tick against off line, just click on the tick to remove it, you should be ok then.
