In the 21 posts above yours, there are a few links that might help, including 2 links to the previous thread which has shed-loads of information.
Unfortunately, I have a new bee in my bonnet, and I cannot help anyone on this thread until they have thanked Lori (Honey9036) for the opening post;)It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)
If you use the "search this thread" button at the top of the page, you may find it's been answered already!;)0 -

hi and welcome clay angel, each store has its own rules and policies regarding what they will or wont take. yours seem to not take coupon net ones unless product is bought. maybe you could travel to another tescos, as their policy may be different. good luck.keep up the boycott folks......every little helps.0 -
Have you had a look at the previous posts?

Presumably you are talking about a Tesco.
The one unfortunate thing about their national policy is that many managers don't know it, and therefore haven't trained their staff on it.
The policy is as stated on the first post, however, internet coupons (the ones that we mainly use) are at the manager's discretion!
Have a look through some of coupon-mad's posts to find the most effective way of getting the true policy for your store.
When you find a good post, link to it from here so that everyone else can benefit, without having to hunt for it....you can find a couple of posts from my FAQ post on the previous page...click on her name, and look through some of her posts from last year.
Stay with us and let us know how you get on with re-educating your store.:beer:It's nice to be nice .....
