As I understand this coupon has a double zero at the end, so ,if your local Tesco are good, they would enter thevalue themselves, so all depends how good your local is.
Same situation as I understand it to the Plenty one a few weeks back in the Sun/Express??.

I though manual price entry moc's had 000 as the penultimate digits with the very last digit being a checksum of the preceding digits?? (So the coupon ends 000x where x is the checksum)
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

the last digit doesn't actually count for anything...it is merely a "check digit".
If the barcode starts with a 99, then the three digits before the last digit give the price....eg 50p go-cat is 99XXXXXXX0505, 30p aunt bessie pie is 99xxxxxxx0303.
if the threedigits are all zeros, then the SA would have to manually enter the discount price, eg lurpack 30p off is 99xxxxxxx0005.
    HTH:beer:

LOL m4rtin has typed faster than me AGAIN:rotfl:

    Hi,

After reading on here, I got today Nestle pic A pac and found so many coupons on them.

Many of them are "for ROI use only".....hope its fine to use them in my local tesco ( England one )......;)

Thanks to OP for finding out the "DEAL" As the pack is only £1.19 and almost got the coupons worth £5 in them.....

    Thanks,
    idlesaver

I'm not sure if you are being serious or not:rotfl:
Just use the UK ones, not the Irish ones as well, they are in euros, and it's a 98 code at the start...not a 99 code:beer:

edit: there are normally 7 out of 8 packs with coupons on...so 7x 25p or £1.75in savings, for a £1.19 spend
    (also 7 x 50c for ROI)

that can't be right how can diffrent shops sell things at diffrent prices then?

Hi Katie1991, The 99 start shows it is a "discount" or "MoneyOffCoupon" (MOC). These work the same in all the stores that accept them, which means they are NonStoreSpecific (NSS).
This is completely seperate from the pricing structure of goods for sale, although it IS held on the same in-store database;).

(also, rather than copy/pasting from posts, if you use the "quote" box on the bottom right of the post, it brings the quote up in a box, as above;))

I take it you work for Tescos. Can I ask which one, and what your understanding of the "coupon policy" is?
