A Supermarket cannot reclaim the money for another Supermarket's coupon. So they will make a loss from your transaction (not important with just one customer with one £2 moc maybe, but if 50 or 60 customers did the same in your area, or several people repeated it dozens of times, because you posted on here that it was OK...?).

Because this thread is so popular and because most of us know what you can and can't do legitimately, with coupons, we will always pick someone up on anything that could be fraudulent on the part of the customer, and/or which could effect the Tesco/Waitys moc policy.

In your case it's the fraudulent part that applies.

Ok, I didnt actually realise this!

I have read this thread from the beginining but obviously have missed bits,

    Cheers

On the fairy washing up liquid bottles in Tesco they have a £2.00 off next purchase.

It has Tesco on the MOC but I used it in Asda yesterday :j

I thought this was a nice friendly thread:rotfl:

CM is probably one of the most knowledgable (IMHO) couponners in the country, and a huge help to me when I started.

BF, please take on board the obvious "frustration" that was in her post after this board has had several threads and over 10,000 posts about MOCs

What CM means is please read through some of the posts, so you will realise that, if a coupon says for use in one store, then another store will not be able to redeem the coupon, and get their money back.....if they lose money, they tighten up coupon policy....and we all lose out.
I see you have just joined us, welcome....and thanks for letting us know about your shopping experience

Some people will come on here (probably very shortly, it they haven't posted while I am typing:p) and say there is nothing wrong with abusing the store coupon policy (and the supermarket losing out..after all they make millions;)). however, it is you and other shoppers in that store, and possibly nationwide, that will lose out in the long run.

    Happy couponning one and all

edit...must learn to type faster LOL
It's nice to be nice .....

I believe the only store specific coupons Tesco will take is competitors spend & save: £5 off a £25 spend for example.
Not sure if all the supermarkets do this but apparently T do, so will accept certain ones, Waitrose, Sainsburys etc.

Thanks for taking it in the spirit it was meant:j.

I was worried (with your user name) of toys getting thrown out of the pram.:rotfl:

The learning curve, with this, as most things, is steepest at the beginning.......it gets more relaxing;)

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
On the shelf the huggies kit is £4.98 and this price is on my supermarket as well:confused:. How did you get round this? Went last night but only had 1 pack date 4/12 so had to console myself with 14 x Finish dishwasher tablets ;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

So if the huggies are scanning at £4.98, would it be worth it still or would you not go to the trouble??

    Hopefully this right section.

The Huggies Newborn Boxes are currently on offer just £3 in asda.

    Box includes:

1 x Pack of Newborn Nappies (27 nappies)
    1 x Huggies Travel Wipes & Case
    1 x Sample Nappy & Coupons

If you get a box dated 04/2012 you will have £2 of money off coupons
but if you get a box dated 03/2012 you will get £9.30 off money off coupons

The coupons can be used in any store!!
It depends whether you have the time to save £4.32, (however many times you like), how far you live from the shop etc.

I have a friend who has just had another baby, so I 'm emptying the car boot for a trip...knowing that I am quids in, and she won't have to buy nappies in the foreseeable future;)
