Sounds like you need to do a restart - everything should work after that!

Tried to print philly and mcvities but when i down load programme that works ok and then says will print in a few minutes but nothing happens.
get message saying not downloaded properly and have tried several times.
Can print off coupon net etc just seem to be geting this new one to wotk
Have deleted cookies /turned firewall off ( dont know if i read this would help or just made it up in my own head)
I tinjk i recall something about acive x control but dont know and cant find it anyway ( may be something else ive made up)

Sorry i know peeps have asked about this before but i didnt take much notice with mine printing ok at the time - but any help to get the installation working would be much appreciated.
