tmobile downgrade help plz!

Hi Im on tmobile, 18 months, combi 30. i get 700 mins and 400 texts. on average i use 400 mins and 100/200 txs. my bill every month is £25 but i cant help feeling i can get it lower but all the other tarriffs on the website seem to be the same price. Ive had this contract since Oct so its been over 6 months. if i asked to downgrade would they only offer any tarriff that they have displayed on their site or would they help me select one thats more appropiate for me?

Wont get any downgrade, Can only downgrade on the last month of your contract. That would be month 17 out of 18.

But i thought you can change your tarriff after 6 months? or is that only to a higher tarriff

Nope, they did let you do that a while back, Stopped downward migrations as a way of stopping people buying out contracts.

I'm on t mobile and they wouldnt even give me anything for free even tho ive been with them for 2 years!

I am on a combi 30 and I get 300 mins + 200(?) texts for £30/month, so I think you're doing well already.

That the 12month plan? you would get less for that, add an extra 6 months onto your contract and you'll get the same as above.
