E2SAVE (or possibly THREE) cottoning on to Churners
Been having problems with my latest E2SAVE order - it has taken AGES to go through, despite regular chasing from me.
Today managed to get through to somebody who agreed to send it to me .... but before he did so he said "I see that you already have got TWO contracts with Three"
This was weird because although true - neither of them were taken out through E2SAVE
I then said YES - one is for me and one is for my son. This phone will now be for my daughter.
He then said that he needed to go away and check when the current contracts expired?
1: What does he mean by expire? Was he looking for contracts CLOSE to the 12 month date?
2: How can he get that information when the contracts were not taken out with E2SAVE
3: If one of the other two had been 12 months old would he have then said - No you can't have another one (because we are afraid you are about to cancel the one that is 12 months old????)
Anyway - he came back and said ... OK - I'll ger that sent out to you tomorrow then.
Are we now seeing the start of a situation where you will have to change NETWORKS each year because existing networks will not let you have another "deal"
Any other clues as to what might have led to this????

I currently have 3 active contracts (2 are old 3togo, 1 is current about to expire) and got another one via the link with no difficulty...What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
You allowed them to do a credit check on your name.
and that credit report includes
* List and details of current accounts (Mobile Contracts) including your payment history.
* Your credit check requests by other companies.
So its easy for him to see that you are already paying 2 contracts to Three, and it also shows start date (a clue to check when those are expiring)
You can see that report your self, just search "getting credit report free" on the forum.
Hope that explains0
