My sons ran out in January and i realised on the very day silly forgetful me
But one call to BIrmingham city council and they had me in the office same day waited for 10 minutes for them to update paperwork and away i go with my shiny new badge.:j
Try calling the department and ask them to review this and explain if you are having any problems without it.0
