Try working on your own grammar before accusing someone of being a kid.0 -

Banks won't "give up" and write your debts off - they have 6 years to chase you for this money and if you refuse to deal with them they will get a CCJ against you - assuming you are certain that for the next 6 years you won't have a regular job or plan to buy a property then good for your... sadly at the end of the 6 years they can in fact apply to extend the CCJ - especially if they have letters from you clearly stating you have no intention of paying them and you are in fact actively trying to avoid paying them.
And let's not get started on the effects on your credit rating and that they COULD apply to have you made bankrupt...
Ignore debt at your peril... there is a massive difference between can't pay and won't pay - especially in the eyes of the courts...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Not entirely true. If, after 6yrs from the month of your 1st missed payment they haven't found you then it becomes statute barred. As part of this process, you can demand (s.10) that they remove all adverse data from your credit file.
. Remember, the important date is 6yrs after your 1st missed payment - not 6yrs from default/ccj date etc.....
I do agree though with others, it's bang out of order what you're (OP) doing - but then again you're a troll so it doesn't matter! This advice will benefit others coming here for a laugh!

Do you think he's going through the 1,689 missed calls that wouldn't have logged on a sim card which wasn't in a phone that was turned on in his avatar? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:BR 08/04/09 | ED 02/10/09

Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.0
