Did they have to talk to their line manager? Wondering if it's not a normal offer and only their managers can authorise it. Otherwise unless there was a misunderstanding about the £9.99 offer when you called, I have been lied to. Which I wouldn't be impressed with.
Edit: I'll say one thing, since being upgraded to 10MB yesterday my connection has been unstable. Disconnects for a few seconds every now and then. Not regularly, but a few times a day. Only started once I got upgraded.0 -
Called them and complain!
When I called I was passed on to the disconnection dept, they asked me why I wanted to disconnect and cancel my acount, explained about the Madasafish deal and the guy made me the offer there and then...0
