hotmail address book copied and emails sent

I have 3 hotmail accounts and it has happened twice from only 1 of them (the main one I use), the first time it has happened the computer was switched off, and after the second time it has happened, I changed the password of my hotmail account and no problems so far, also ran asw, spybot, avaira,malwarebytes and nothing showed up

My sister had a wierd one that sent a message to everyone on msn messenger saying

What do you suggest I tell her to do? It sent everyone a message on msn so even if they werent signed in got it as an offline message when they did sign in.
