SH I miss my parent's like crazy being up here, I love every minute I get to spend with them, I've always got on with my Dad but me and Mum were a complete nightmare until I moved out, it was based around the fact that she favoured my sister, took Sister's side even if it was her fault, gave her more attention etc. It came to screaming matches and then complete silence between us when I moved back with them when my ME went backwards, the only way we 'talked' was by posting little notes under our bedroom doors, since then, she has made an effort not to favour my sister and give me some of her time and attention and our relationship couldn't be better, which is why I enjoy spending so much time with her, as we have a long time to make up for, she's like my best friend now, ring her daily, unless I'm tired. Mine and sisters relationship used to be quite volatile also, but I blamed that on the fact I resented her for all the attention Mum would give her, but our relationship seems to be getting better aswell, Peter Andre will be our first night out together just the 2 of us and I can't wait! We've only ever been out with other people together, never on our own :)

DVD was there :) didn't get to watch it but as DH is working very early Sunday morning I think I'll watch it then as the boys will hopefully be going back to Mum sat night, with my ME going backwards at the moment it's very difficult for me to look after them on my own :o Plus I now have SS2's cold!!! Kept nagging at him over weekend to blow his nose, cover his mouth when he coughs etc to try and stop me catching it, but didn't work :( Started feeling iffy last night, blocked/runny nose, puffy eyes (I don't know why but my eyes always puff up with a cold), sore throat. So put vaporiser on, vicks on my chest, olbas oil on both sides of pillow and still struggled to sleep! Woke up this morning feeling like cr*p!

Boss is here, will finish later lol

Well, thank god it is Friday!!! :j:T

College is all sorted, completed the homework and handed it in on time :) Got more to do, Wed night we were able to leave early if we wanted as there wasn't much work to do, but wanted to stay and make a start on the homework set, got it checked before I left and I'd done all the hard bits so I only have a little left to do, got last nights to do, brought it to work with me too in case I get a minute spare :)

Checked bank yesterday and then realised that I hadn't reminded DH to cancel Experian  so there goes £6.99. Went on and printed a copy of his report, then told him he needs to cancel it when he gets home tonight, found the letter with the phone number so he knows where to ring and his PIN number :)

Just had a phone call from DH, we might of found out the problem with his car stalling (it's an automatic) I told him before that it felt like the car wasn't always going into neutral when you stop, so it would be similar to someone pressing the accelerator at the same time as the brake so end's up stalling, but he wouldn't listen to me, I'm female and know nothing about cars :p He's just rung to say they think they've worked it out, the transmission fluid is below minimum, therefore it's not kicking into gear properly :D :rotfl: Me = 1, DH = 0. He's going to see his mate at the garage and see how much he'll charge for some fluid :)Cost £9 for a 2 litre bottle

My Mum's friend (whose daugher also has ME) told Mum about the website she got some crutches for her daughter at a good price, I asked her for it and when I checked I can get a pair for £8.99, going to get them delivered to Mum's as asked Dad if he can spray paint them black :D hehe So they can be ready for my night out :D

Cold is still here, thought it was getting better yesterday but woke this morning all sniffly and cotton wool brain! Hit snooze on the alarm to end up with Angel clawing at the door!! Impatient monkey!

Still job searching, not heard anything from the one's I've applied for but still trying :)

If I don't get on, I hope you all have good weekends and the weather stays nice for us all :) xxx

Damn, just started a long post and it all disapeared!!! Hit the wrong key and firefox closed *shrug* no idea what I hit either lol will try and remember what I was rambling on about.

Weekend was ok, got to watch This Is It, the boys like MJ so I told them if they behaved then I'd let them watch it, I loved it, thought it was excellent, I don't think they were too thrilled with it as the youngest asked 'where's the story?' It was amazing, he still had it, the voice, the moves, everything, it would of been one hell of a concert!!
The rest of saturday wasn't the best, was a bit sore and tired, and by 6:30 I was back in the bed with a nightmare of a migraine!!! Really must remember to go see Dr and ask about the Maxalt Melts, also need some more co-dydramol anyway as running very low, need to chase the letter we should of received over a week ago about the reversal, will hopefully get that part sorted this afternoon when restaurant goes quiet.

Sunday was a lovely day!! We had SUNSHINE!!!!!! I couldn't believe it, how much a difference it made to my 'mood', it brightened me up majorly, shame it couldn't of given me much more energy :rotfl: DH apparantly left the house around midnight (didn't notice, medication for migraine had zonked me out) and crawled back into bed just as I was about to get out, so decided to stay in for another 10 minutes :) then left him to sleep, woke him up about lunch time to make sure he didn't sleep all day, he rolled over and asked where his cup of tea was!! :p :rotfl: cheeky monkey! During the day I managed to (finally) clean the bathroom!!! Kept nagging at DH to do it but never happened so seeing as I felt a little better than usual I thought I'd give it a try, my back hurt after but told him he wasn't to make a mess in my nice clean bathroom and that I was getting the first bath!! Which I did :D Managed to get 3 loads of washing done! All went out on the line, the first time this year I've been able to :) Then went to do a little shopping that needed doing, my Aunt advised me on a spray that should help to stop Angel clawing at the door, hoping it's going to work!! Went to Homebase, mainly to ask if they do the covers seperately for the greenhouses and they don't, so only option is to buy a new one *shrug* Saw a few half dead flowers (miniature roses) that were reduced and thought I'd get a couple, see if I could brighten the house up a bit, plus I love roses, also wanted some compost as finally got my seed potatoes and a new blackberry plant (please don't kill this one!!) Wilko's had a deal on them, the potatoes were £2.97 and the blackberry £2. Rang Mum yesterday to see if her trip to the caravan was nice and asked how she was doing after her minor op, told her about the potatoes and she then said she'd bought me some while she was away to share with me  she got some maris pipers and charlottes while I've only got maris pipers, so will take some charlottes as they are good in salads and I love potato salad :) Completely off on a tangent then lol wanted some compost but realised when I was looking that I would need DH's car, had to go to Tesco before I went home and thought I'd have enough time to get home and go down but didn't work out that way, hopefully go down after I go home tonight, see if I can DH to come too as I can't lift the bags :o I just hope the roses are still there *fingers crossed*

Got my first £10 voucher already from S&S :) going to use Friday/Saturday as my upload day, I scan my shopping as soon as I get home, to save me having to search for it later, keep making the mistake of not scanning the receipt price then having to start all over again!! Really must try and remember to do the receipt prices from now on, might put a little sticky pad on it to remind me! Got an email today to say my receipt upload was successful, don't know if that includes the barcodes or not as made the same mistakes last week too *shrug*

Hope everyone has had a good weekend :) xxx

Hi SH, and all who's looking

Unfortunately not too ok with it at the moment, the Secretary at the Dr read out the letter to me, and the only way they will do a reversal is if 1, DH had it done without his consent, or 2, all his children had died  They didn't take any notice about the fact I haven't got any children, unsure what next step is, also haven't spoken to DH about it as every time I think about it I  I was being silly and getting my hopes up thinking they would take into account the fact I didn't have any children. Will wait and see if a letter comes from Dr, don't know if we can appeal this letter as well, if we can I'd like to but need to speak to DH first, preferably without crying as I kept telling DH they were going to say no when I was really hoping they would say yes :o He doesn't like seeing me cry.

I got an email yesterday afternoon confirming the barcode's upload, so for 1 weeks S&S ing I got 1,600 points :) That's the max possible so if I can continue doing this every week I might be able to get my greenhouse in 4-5 weeks :) I asked at Homebase about the replacement cover and they don't do them, so will need to buy a new greenhouse.

The spray doesn't seem to be stopping the cats from scratching at the door!! I'm running out of idea's now, they have a massive scratch pole which they both use so I don't understand why they are doing it, it's not the cold as I've tried that already, the Vick works during the night, but not in the morning as the smell has worn off, cats aren't supposed to like citric smells which is what the spray is and again, it doesn't bother them!! I have very strange cats!

Never got to Homebase last night, just wanted to get home and crawl into dark hole :o Will try again tonight, it's shopping day today anyway so will ask DH if he can come like he usually does and drop into homebase on the way home as it closes at 8pm.

Still tempted by a Wii Fit, but I think that's mainly as feeling so low at the moment, always nice to treat yourself when your a little low but I think purchasing something £100 at the moment probably isn't the right way to do it.

Cant think of much else, still feeling a little numb/raw. Get through today and I can go home and hide in bed again, feeling very tired and like someone left the energy tap running overnight so not much left.
Weather's matching my mood today I spose :o
Hope everyone has a nice day

Aw sorry to hear about the reversal letter. Not too sure how the trusts sort these things out but it does seem a shame that they don't take into account your circumstances, hardly seems fair esp. since you're not 'just' his OH but his DW (no offence to any committed unmarried people LOL!)

    Morning all

Jo I was hoping they would consider the part about me with no kids but I'm assuming they will think it's my own fault for marrying someone who's had the snip *shrug* kinda talked, or atleast text, DH about it yesterday morning, it was safer for me as still a bit teary about it, we didn't really make any decisions on anything, but he said he'd be ok with IVF so long as it's his name on the birth certificate, I'm the one who's unsure of the IVF, I always thought when I had children they would be between me and my husband, not me and some random sperm *shrug* Don't know if that's just me being silly or anything.

Got the council tax letter through yesterday, I overestimated by about £65 :D I was thinking it would be around £150 at worst case, and first payment will be £85.20 and then £90 a month till January, only £2 more than the payments last year :)

Went to Homebase last night, got 4 60 ltr bags of compost, buy 3 get 4th free :) And the miniature roses were reduced again to £1, so got a yellow and a white one :) Depending on weather forcast/energy levels, will try and make a start on the re-potting of the roses, and the emptying of last years tubs and starting this years :)

Gizmo not well again, seems to be having the same problem as last time so DH is taking him to the Vet at 10, was good timing as DH only told me last night he's got today off as he starts work at 11pm tonight and won't be home till late tomorrow night, told him to use CC2 to pay and I'll transfer the money in later, will try to understand the insurance form and see if I can make a claim, depends on how much it all comes to though as I think there is a £50 excess and last years money won't count as it was renewed last month :o
I might of worked out what triggers the scratching, they always do it in the morning now, so gave them a couple of extra biscuits last night, and no scratching!! :D Only problem is, Gizmo I think is overweight, so can't give Angel too many as she won't eat them all, then Giz will lol
DH has been to Vet, he now has to have the special food permanently, he's had 2 injections and his bladder is inflamed :o poor lil guy, we have to watch him, he's started to pass a little wee now, but if he stops again we need to get him in ASAP as he will need to be hospitalized :(

I hope everyone's day is going better :o xxx

Gizmo has been taken to kitty hospital :( What a week this is turning out to be, his bladder/urethra is very inflamed and poor little thing can't get anything out so he's being anesthatised and catheterised, the vet is doing all this tonight and will ring me to let me know how he is, poor Angel doesn't know what's going on, she's the only one here and keeps crying out for Giz.

This mornings appointment cost £50.36 and have had to pay £83.50 tonight!! I'm about to fill in the forms for PetPlan, then need to drop them at the vet for them to fill in and then hopefully won't have to pay anymore, or if we do, we'll get it re-imbursed. DH paid the first lot this morning on CC2, tried to pay tonights on it again but there isn't anything left on there to use so was refused, had to use Debit card to my own account to use the overdraft as don't have enough in the joint. He'll be in there for a few days and were warned it will cost between £83 - £214!!!:eek::eek: Mild heart attack there lol

Will report back when I know more xxx
