When my OVP tariff (T-Mobile) started charging for itemised billing, I phoned CS and asked not to have it.
I now get my itemised bill from my online account.0 -
Does anyone know if it will be compulsory to have the itemised billing. I never go above the inclusive minutes so not bothered about itemisation0

I think this is just nonsense.
Look at all the grammar and spelling errors on the document that has been posted!0 -

I have been an orange customersince they launch. Now i have called them to cancel my subsciption to orange. They have really stated to squeeze they customers. Their advertising policy no longer reflects their actual practice.
I can see o2 benefit a lot, as most of the orange customers are going to move to o2.0 -
Best thing to do is get rid of Orange  , i am on it for 12 month contract and this is the biggest mistake i made by signing up with Orange0

At the end of the day, it's swings and roundabouts............me, mine two children all on different networks, different tariffs, but what suits us. Think Orange may have realised where they can make some money. I returned a phone because there wasn't a "text delivered" option. Come on, with two teenagers, I need it.if i had known then what i know now0

Did anybody notice the date? Did the Budget ever come out not quite as bad as people were led to expect from all the advance misinformation? Stay on the fence a bit longer.
Think vulture

Going from Orange to O2 because of this is like moving to Three - out of the frying pan and into the fire. You'd be better off with a proper network like Vodafone or T-Mobile.
These tariffs and charges should just be for people who want to switch to them and new connections surely? If they are applying them to all customers, then the trick now is to go and upgrade your phone then when the increase in charges comes in, cancel under Clause 4.3.0 -
I think o2 delas are good. Firstly they include 08*** numbers in theirinclusive minutes, secondly you can call 07744 numbers, thirdly their online bill summaries are very uptodate, and the phones they offer are better than and cheaper than orange (although vodafone is the best with phones).0
