It is a great site,it was recommended to me by a friend who has had depression for years, it makes you feel less alone when you ralise that a lot of other people have the same things going on.
i know its easier said than done but you have to eat Jen-when I was first put onto the anti-depressants it can actually make you feel worse for a while until the chemicals in your brain balance out and I lost my appetite completely, I had to move back to my mums so she could feed me up. i was 10 stone 7 and now i'm 9 stone 13 (onew of the better side effects though i must say!) but, not eating can make you feel sick as well so just try, wierdly rice crispies seemed to be something i could eat without feeling icky. Good luck at the doctors, let me know how it goes-love to you x0 -
thanks mm, i have been and had a crumpet following your advice! I am really worried about going onto anti depressants bacause i know they are hard to give up after! SCARY!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

They're not as bad as they used to be, the one I'm on is easy to come off as it stays in your system for a few days. Glad you've eaten :-)0

do you know what they are called mm? I am wondering whether i am going to need some time off work when i start taken them? You said they make you feel worse to start with and i don't think i could cope with that and work at the moment:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart
