Thanks wendz :-) sounds like you may have S.A. D Jen (seasonal affective disorder) might be worth mentioning that to the doc if you feel worse in the winter/when clocks go back.

I have read that list and I am wondering if I am going the same way I can say 'yes' to nearly half of them, but maybe I am just feeling low?

i hope not shoe gal, I think this time of year everyone is feeling a bit lower it is when you get to a level where you are so low you can not function then it becomes a big problem

Hi girls,

Can i join in the gang?
Ive just been to the doc's as im having brown discharge like old blood, doc tried to find a heartbeat with her lil machine but couldnt, said it was probably down to me having a empty bladder and only being 11 weeks. Which made me angry as why do if if chances are nothing will be heard and make me even more worried. My scan date has been put forward a few days to this thursday now im so scared they wont find a heartbeat at my scan.

hi hun i am still here. Getting a docotor appointment was to difficult. phoned friday they run this stupod system where the docotor has to phone you on the morning so monday i missed 3 of his calls tried to phone back but you just get the receptionist that won't help me! So booked an appointment for NEXT thursday. might try getting on before but i am at work all the time and think i will get it in the neck if i go home early again.

Monday went to work dd was home ill so i came home at 1pm. i don't think i could have stayed longer anyway was really tearful. Went to uni in the evening got my assignment back just and just passed started reading the comments (all very negitive) and ended up breaking down again! I just really can't cope at the moment.
