    hi Yukki

I hope things with you daughter improve soon. How old is she??

This site is good http://www.gotateenager.org.uk there is loads of advice parents post on there also it helps to know you are not alone and there are kids that are much worse!!

If it gets to a point where you need help phone parent line Central Office team on tel: 020 7284 5500 or 0808 800 2222. your daughters school might help or give you a number for a parent/ family support worker or PFSA depends on the area you live etc.

Dawn is right try not to make to much of a big deal about it. maybe talk to her friends parents and ask then to send you a text or give you a ring if she is sleeping there just to save you sleepless nights! We were all teenage once and i know i was a handful to say the least!!

    hope that helps

Thanks both of you. We've had a massive chat and come to hopefully slightly more relaxed guidelines for all of us, so fingers crossed. Nice to know there is a parent line I never knew that. And thanks for the web addy

    Nice chair Jen.

MM when my website is sorted I'll put the link in my home page. I've been having so much fun with my blog that I've given myself my own domain name basically. It's a parenting blog with my own how to's etc.
