edit - just looked again, there is an option but it says 'unable to help, please ring, blah blah......'

It may say that as the CRA's are updating today so they may not be able to get any info from your CF. Try tommorow or just take the plunge and call

Go to Account maintenance > Credit limit increase. See if the option is there.
I couldnt check before coz their onlie site was playing up for me over the bank holiday..
