RIGHT Click the 'red umbrella' icon nottom right and UNTICK 'antivir guard enable'

Nobody has suggested that slowness in downloading web pages might be a problem with DNS servers. I hereby put this forward.
The easiest way of finding what DNS servers you use is to open a Command Prompt window, type ipconfig /all and press Enter. Look for the line starting DNS Servers - what are the two which are listed? Type exit to close down the Command Prompt window.0
