oooh, Toto
That is definitely a carpy day. Is her number on any paperwork, such as rental agreement? Or with that kind of paperwork perhaps?

Kayleigh,
Whats the furthest you've walked so far??
The best plan would be to take that as a base and do it 3 times a week and then add one slower walk thats further distance once a week - adding more distance every couple of weeks
That sounds a good way of doing it, I'll give that a go. Thanks.
Kayleigh
PS I don't know the exact number in miles, I just do it from one place to another. If I said it was from my house in Bath to the bus station, that wouldn't help, would it?0 -

Kayleigh,
Have a look here. It'll work out distances for you, and you can zoom in far enough to do home to the bus stationIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I would also say use map my run becky - I used it to work out how far we walked along the prom and back on holiday. It was only 3.9km there and back and my weaker leg really ached

I am going to take her to the docs Gem, the school suggested the depo shot but I had that and it triggered the most god awful migraines. I reacted really badly to it and it took a good 2 years to recover from that one jab. So, I am very wary about her having that. I guess we'll just have to put her on a continuous pill or something.
Jas is 13 on Tuesday. She knows what's going to happen if she gets too thin but to be honest the more attention I am giving this the more she does it. I am hoping it's just a phase and I am trying not to make a fuss. She hated being in hospital and I have told her that's where she'll end up if she doesn't get the right vitamins etc. She just stormed off in true 13 year old fashion and slammed the door.
I'm sure there's something that they can do that isn't too drastic for now.
Is there a celebrity she likes that's thin, maybe there's an article somewhere with their diet, then you can show her even thin girls eat. Cosmo's current issue is all about body confidence, could be worth a read, might give some clues. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
