    They were OK Buffy. Maybe a bit heavier than they normally are, but nobody complained :D
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    hope i'm not too late - bread flour should be fine - it's just strong plain flour.

    No excuses for anyone to use pre-bought yorkies :D. Plain flour, egg, milk, whisk. Use a metal tray/tin (very important it is a metal tin) - get VERY hot with oil/fat and pour in mix. Big ones take 20 minutes, small ones less.

    The seal on my oven has gone on one side so it has hot/cold spots and the remoska isnt very good for making them at all.........:o

    I used to make them lovely in my last cooker but this one is rubbish.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
